Have fun while getting in a serious workout! Join Nicole in the great outdoors for this Bootcamp style workout. We will be mixing up agility drills, team games and weekly challenges, as well as, strength, cardio, and core building circuits. This is a 40 Minute, fun and challenging workout (9 weeks/17 sessions).
When: Mondays and Wednesdays 5:00-5:40PM

Packages may be purchased in 8, 12, or 16 session quantities. Sessions redeemed when you attend. Each participant must purchase their own package. *NO refunds for unused sessions*
Bootcamp will run rain or shine, with the exception of severe weather (Heavy rain, lightning, tornado, etc). Please check Fit With Nicole, LLC's facebook page for daily updates.
Please bring a yoga MAT or towel for ground exercises, WATER and a GREAT ATTITUDE!
