In this 6-week training, you'll learn and practice a variety of mind-body techniques for relaxation and stress reduction. These evidence-based tools you will learn have been shown to improve emotional health and resiliency, decrease pain, improve sleep and lower levels of stress and anxiety (to name a few!).
We'll cover simple self-care practices including:We will meet for 6-consecutive Tuesdays, beginning September 10th (9/10, 9/17, 9/24, 10/1, 10/8, and 10/15).
