who raced sideways all while
blowing bubbles as big as he
The belly dancer came home
with a smooth round stone as small
as the world to remind her
she was never alone
For whatever is we lose
like a you or a me   
when worlds collide
its always ourselves
we find by the sea"

When the snows come to the sands they would lay down their troubles and woes and meet at the luxurious  Ocean Suites. Together they would create a world of their own liking and celebrate in each others Amazingess . All would Gather bringing their skills and talents to make the most epic memorable weekend . The magic folks  the fea and giants come to woe us with their dances and songs , the night creatures would show off their death deifying feats of strength and endurance .Wizards and Magicians will leave You stunned and believing in magic  . The mad hatter will bring tea for all and we would dance on the beach in all our glory under the moon together as one as Con Worlds Collide . The biggest best Con Bringing all the worlds together those powered by steam, the gamers, Fae, mermaids, Giants, warriors, heroes, and heroines, villains, and vampires together in one magical place , for 1 memorable weekend to a small town called Bethany few have heard of along the coast  of Delaware a state many cant find. Only the true of heart will find their way to this collision of Cons , will You be with us ?

we will have a random task they must complete with you it could be take a selfy , answer a question , or enter GPS coordinates to prove they saw you  to help increase your exposure and sales ....

Application Deadline is Dec 25 2021• Booth space with electricity is limited. • All vendor location requests will be considered on a first come - first serve basis and honored whenever possible. • If you need tables and chairs please let us know asap • Please provide a detailed description of your booth items on the form PLEASE FILL IT ALL OUT FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES  and, if possible, attach photos of sample items. • .Vendors must check-in between 3:00pm and 4:oopm Friday Due to safety issues, arrivals after 4:00pm , may forfeit pre-assigned booth location and be assigned an alternate location. • Booths must be completely set-up by 5pm friday. The festival requests that all vendor booths remain open until 11:oopm. • Vendors will have from 10am-noon . to pack-up Sunday . All vendors must be off event grounds by 1:30PM Sunday  . you must check out of your room on time we do not control hotel fees for late check outs . • To prevent accident or injury, any vendor wishing to leave early MUST notify an event official. With permission, booths that can be packed-up and “walked-out” will be allowed to do so. • The vendor is responsible for leaving the vendor area in the condition that it was originally received, i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes and trash. • Each applicant will receive a confirmation letter upon receipt of their application and a map and directions will be mailed prior to the event. • Be prepared for wind, and/or heat . • All vendor fees are non-refundable. they are a donation to the charities hosting the event • If this applies to Your Business ( most businesses do not need any special coverage You should know if You do it is not Choose Joy or Prospect Parks responsibility to know what You need to run your Business so All vendors are required to show proof of liability insurance, and any and all personal permits and or certifications needed to vend within City limits where required and read and sign attached waiver . Please fill out vendor registration completely. • Vendor Registration Forms must be return by DEC 25TH 2021
