The Cosmetology Connection State Board Academy Written Exam Intensive State Board Prep Class is structured to help esthetics students successfully pass the PSI Texas State Board Esthetics Exam to become eligible to sit for your practical exam.
We specialize in coaching students and/or cosmetology professionals who have:
*Completed 750 verifiable training hours from an accredited cosmetology school *Need to retake the Texas State Board Written Exam and eventually the practical exam for reinstatement
*Have taken the Texas State Board Written Exam and was not successful in passing.
The Cosmetology Connection (T.C.C.) offers an 4-hour intensive written exam class that is structured to coach all written core domain sections as prescribed by the criteria set forth by the PSI Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation criteria.
The investment for the 4-hour intensive written exam class is $400, which includes: >Pre-Assessment/Post Assessment >Cosmetology State Board Written Exam Prep Pack >Coaching on all PSI domains >Class activities and assignments >60 days of written exam preparation before you go to state board >2 hours of personalized private tutorials on challenged areas >Simulated state board exam >Certificate of Completion.
Our classes cover all written core domain sections of the PSI exam prescribed by the criteria set forth by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
**We offer private one on one and group classes for the same investment**
Our written exam classes can be scheduled below. Please choose a date that works for you. If you desire a private one on one class, please email your request to us at thecosmetologyconnection@gmail.com.
Please note: Classes are scheduled on Saturday's only (unless otherwise noted) 9 am to 1 pm. Please arrive on time at least 15 minutes prior to class start time.
Class payment option: >Paid in full >Pay remaining balance 14 days prior to class start >Financing available (for written or practical or BOTH if you choose) >Non-refundable deposit of $200.
Class payments/deposits are transferable ONLY one time to another class date/time upon availability if you cannot attend. All payments are non-refundable. If you have to leave class early for any reason you may attend for the hours/portion that you miss at another time/date upon availability. No exceptions!
Cell phones/Electronic Devices: Cell phones may be assigned as a part of classroom activities otherwise any recordings of class (voice, video and picture) taking is prohibited. Anyone in violation will be asked to leave. No refunds will be given for violation of the rule. However, other arrangements can be made to secure materials needed to prepare for your written exam.
To guarantee the best possible pass rate, we recommend that you complete all sections of the class in its entirety. To schedule and reserve a date for a state board written exam GROUP or private class, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required and the balance of $200 is paid 14 days prior to the course date if this is the option you choose. Attendees also have the option to pay in full when registering for a class. Once you have scheduled and reserved your class date, an appointment confirmation will be sent directly to you via email.
Due to the expense of providing materials for each registered student payments are non-refundable. Class dates may be rescheduled once. Please call us if you have extenuating circumstances.
Please NOTE: The remainder of your balance must be paid 7 days prior to the course start date or your seat will become open and available for the next attendee. No exceptions!
