Summer Fun Trips and More for students from Half Hollow Hills and Commack School Districts who are entering grade 6 through high school.
Families may sign up 2 of their children with each online registration.
You will be asked to select your desired trips and amount of tickets.
If you are signing up more than 1 child for a trip, simply click onto the quantity drop down menu and select 2 tickets.
Once you've made your selection you will be required to complete registration information for each child.
If you are signing up more than 2 of your children we suggest registering simultaneously on more than one device.
Be prepared! Know which trips you would like to sign up for and have your credit card ready!
Coordinate with friends before beginning registration. Once you select your tickets you will have 30 minutes to complete your order. Review your selections carefully before you continue to the Registration Form.
Selected tickets are held for approximately 30 minutes, which allows you time to complete your order. There may be times during the initial registration process when individuals select trips but do not follow through with their purchase. This may result in trips indicating a sold-out status when in fact space is still available. These un-purchased tickets will first be made available to those who have placed their name on a particular trip’s wait list. So, if a trip is showing as sold-out, call 631-549-9417 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to add your child to that trip’s wait list. For those trips that do not have wait lists the tickets will be returned to the registration queue for sale on 5/24/2021 @ 9am.
All youth participating in the summer trip program must be self-sufficient, function independently in a group setting with a ratio of 10:1, and be able to follow all safety rules.
SEATS ARE LIMITED - FIRST COME FIRST SERVED.
Wait List: For trips that are SOLD OUT call 631 549-9417 or email email@example.com to add your name to the wait list. You may leave a message on our answering machine. All messages are date/time stamped. Requests will be processed in the order in which they are received. Payment for wait-listed trips will not be required until you are added to a trip.
Waiver Forms: Waiver forms are required for some trips. Waivers are activity and location specific. Forms will be emailed to you after registration and must be returned to our office by the date specified or your trip may be cancelled.
1. No REFUNDS unless trip is cancelled. Partial refunds for Teen Experience cancellations due to weather. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Our summer offerings will look a little different this year (as does everything around us) but we are proud to be able to offer youth some fun, positive, safe options to help ween them back into social normalcy.
4 Major Changes This Year: The safety of our participants is our highest priority and we will follow all SAFETY / HEALTH GUIDELINES that are in place this summer.
1. Transportation: Bus transportation WILL NOT BE PROVIDED this year. (Due to extremely restrictive bus occupancy guidelines set forth by the CDC due to Covid –19).
Van Transportation will be provided on some trips. Max: 5 Youth per van. Total trip size: 10 (Trips utilizing vans will state "2 VANS" on Summer Trip Calendar.
For all other trips, participants will be responsible for their own transportation to and from each field trip destination.
2. Our maximum in-person group size is 25 students. Trips are likely to be sold out quicker.
3. Youth are required to bring a face covering with them on every trip. Face Masks are required on certain trips and when 6 ft of social distancing cannot be maintained.
4.Health Check-Ins will be conducted before each trip (including no-contact temperature readings and health questionnaire)
