September 2021- June 2022
BEFORE SCHOOL PROGRAM: 7:15am to 9:15am AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM: 3:15pm to 6:15pm
Space is limited! First Come First Served.
The first day of school is Thursday-September 9, 2021
REACH CYA’s Child Care Programs are licensed by NYS Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS)
Programs are held in each elementary school for students in Kindergarten-Grade 5.
After School Program only: If there is not sufficient enrollment in a particular school, District transportation will be provided to bus children to an alternate HHH elementary school location.
DAILY FEES
BEFORE SCHOOL: Consistent Schedule Daily Fee: $12.00 Emergency Use Daily Fee: $14.00-plus monthly access fee
AFTER SCHOOL: Consistent Schedule Daily Fee: $16.00 Emergency Use Daily Fee: $17.00-plus monthly access fee. (space permitting).
Emergency Use Monthly Access Fee is a Family Fee: Before School Only: $10/mo. After School Only: $15/mo. Before & After School: $20/mo.
Consistent Schedule Definition: Attending 1-5 days per week, same days every week. Additional days may be added (space permitting)
Emergency Use Definition: Sporadic, inconsistent use of the program (space permitting). An Emergency Use Monthly Access Fee will apply.
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Please read Parent Handbook for important program details.
· Complete Registration Form – ONLINE ONLY! · You must complete a separate Registration Form for each child · Annual Registration Fee (non-refundable): First child $60, $40 each additional child
· Program Security Deposit - $200 per family
If you currently have a $200 security deposit on account you will be given the opportunity to apply it to the 2021-2022 school year.
Covid-19 Guidelines: REACH CYA adheres to Covid-19 guidelines as mandated and recommended by the NY State Department of Health and the CDC in conjunction with the Half Hollow Hills School District.
A credit card will be required to complete your order. Convenience Fee applies to "Customer Security Deposit" only.

1 Registration Fee Option YOU MUST SELECT ONE-REGISTRATION FEE OPTION Registration Fee is collected annually and is non-refundable!

1 Family Security Deposit Option YOU MUST SELECT ONE-SECURITY DEPOSIT OPTION We cannot process your registration without the required security deposit.
Security Deposits may be paid by credit card at the time of online registration with an additional convenience fee of $7.50.
