Self Defense Course

The Southington Police Department is pleased to offer a FREE self defense course for women.

The 4-week program focuses on providing women with a basic understanding of self defense and safety information.

The course will take place on Tuesday evenings (September 5, 12, 19, 26) from 6:30-8:00 pm.

It is mandatory to attend all four classes. Athletic wear is the recommended attire.

Space is limited to 20 participants. Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
