Enjoy a pairing of gourmet food from Bistro La Roux and Summit Beer with live Jazz! Summit Brewing will introduce a newly released Ale which Chef Tim will pair and incorporate in his gourmet food. Menu includes oyster or shrimp appetizer, bisque of duck and cauliflower, beef tenderloin, and shrimp creole with a surprise dessert.
