REACH CYA's Community Service Events for Middle and High School students from Commack and Half Hollow School Districts.
Each participant may sign up for a total of 4 activities.
REACH CYA will supply all materials for the Community Service Activities.
Participants will receive 1 hour of Community Service Credit for each activity. Community Service Certificates will be given to participants.
All Community Service Activities will be held at our REACH CYA Teen Center, 60 Calvert Ave, Commack NY 11725.
Families may sign up 2 of their children with each online registration.
You will be asked to select your desired activities and amount of "tickets".
If you are signing up more than 1 child for an activity, simply click onto the quantity drop down menu and select 2 tickets.
Once you've made your selection you will be required to complete registration information for each child.
All youth participating in the community service activities must be self-sufficient, function independently in a group setting with a ratio of 10:1, and be able to follow all safety rules.
SEATS ARE LIMITED - FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. Each participant may sign up for a total of 4 activities. Please only sign up for the activities that you know your child will be able to attend. Participants who sign up for an activity and do not attend without notifying our office will jeopardize their attendance at future events.
Wait List: For activities that are SOLD OUT call 631 549-9417 or email info@reachcya.org to add your name to the wait list. You may leave a message on our answering machine. All messages are date/time stamped. Requests will be processed in the order in which they are received.
