Our home base will be the stunning Sun Outdoors resort, nestled among vineyards and rolling hills. From a spooky underground dinner in the Eberle wine caves (scary costumes encouraged!) to a Michelin-starred meal at Justin Winery, every moment is crafted to delight. I have an older Newell, will I feel out of place?
Not at all! We always have a wide variety of model years attending and certainly encourage this.
What is the cancellation policy if something comes up?
We understand that things happen and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. The policy will change from rally to rally depending on our required contracts and deposits.
For this rally, we can accept cancellations and provide refunds until September 19th, 2025.
Can I have my coach serviced during the rally?
Yes! We can accommodate requests that are conducive to the off-site nature of the job. Speak with your Service Technician to talk about what we can help you with during your stay.
What is the check-in process?
When you arrive on Monday, a Newell representative will be there to greet you and give you any goodies that pertain to the rally (Updated schedule, area information, rally favors, etc.). If you choose to arrive early or stay late, please call the park directly to arrange that (let them know you are with our group, so you don’t have to move spots).
