Days per week: Choose recurring visits 2, 3, or 4 times per week for your athlete. You can adjust their scheduled days/times as needed for vacations and make up missed sessions provided we know ahead of time, but they need a "typical week" game plan.
Length: We have a shorter option for athletes in a fall varsity sport, as their practices begin Aug 10. 12-week program runs June 1 - August 21 10-week program runs June 1 - August 7
