Busy has become a badge of honor — but it may be the very thing quietly eroding connection at home.
In this workshop we will challenge the cultural script that equates packed calendars with love, opportunity, and good parenting. This workshop invites parents to pause, examine the hidden costs of constant activity, and reconsider what “thriving” truly means.
You should attend if you’ve ever felt uneasy saying “yes” to another commitment but didn’t know how to say “no.”
You should attend if your family calendar feels full, yet something inside you wonders whether all of it is truly necessary.
You should attend if you want your child to thrive — without achievement becoming the measure of their worth or your success as a parent.
By the end of this workshop, you’ll leave with a clear framework for evaluating commitments, practical language for setting boundaries without guilt, and at least one concrete change you can make immediately. You’ll feel equipped to lead your family’s time with intention instead of reacting to every demand.
