Qualifiers are:--- All Anglers that have fished at least 3 Tournaments and came in Top 10 in the State Championships in LA, MS and or Al... ALL Anglers that have fished 4 or more events to include a State Championship, Automatically Qualify regardless how they finished at any state championship.
